The Last Cycle was at first an initiative to improve the Kult community since the days of Prison Of Flesh, a thriving Kult community run by Peter Amthor. In 2003, it was decided that Prison of Flesh was a bit stagnant in its design and the community had gotten too large to be supported by such the N54 forum software. Since the Prison of Flesh forum was remotely hosted, we had to start from scratch.

By mid-2003, The Last Cycle was ruined by a poor host who pulled the plug on all forums on his site. That was when The Last Cycle ressurected here, on www.kult-rpg.com, owned by torb and -King Six-. The community is ever growing, with a dedicated staff and a dedicated member base.

Most notable of all are the productions made by the Kult fanbase here: There have been several sourcebooks, adventures and campaigns released as PDF files ready to download by any needy game master or player of Kult. There are even mp3s and artwork created by the members here.

The Last Cycle does not represent the official Kult line. Kult is copyright Paradox Entertainment and is currently licensed to a French company called 7th Circle who have published quite a few Kult releases (primarily in French) since they acquired the license in 2001.
